Description:  A rainbow base with the sun, wind, and rain at the top and flowers and vines on the bottom.

Inspiration:  The style of the Mexican Alebrije and the relationship that the elements (sun, wind, rain, and the spectrum of light) have over the plant world. 

Challenges: Doing all the detail work with tiny paintbrushes instead of paint pens. 

Techniques: "I used every trick to make the tiny dots faster and easier. I ended up putting paint in stiff plastic and squeezing it out as you would do with henna or cake decorating." - Cheri Vaughan
