PrimaryAI is available for free to educators who would like to use it to promote upper elementary students’ AI literacy by solving engaging life science problems using AI. The classroom friendly activities are intended for use in educational settings, accompanied by a curriculum that features an immersive game-based learning environment as well as “unplugged” AI learning activities. These unplugged activities serve to introduce AI topics to students prior to them engaging with the topics in the game.
Resources for educators, including lesson plans and slide decks for classroom use, are available via a Google Drive folder. The immersive learning environment can be accessed online using web browsers via go.ncsu.edu/primaryai-game. If you are interested in using the PrimaryAI immersive learning activities in your classroom, contact us at intellimedia@ncsu.edu to request more information.
