The Reflective Educational Design |RED| Certifications were designed to provide support and recognition for faculty members at NC State who are dedicated to reflective teaching and learning. The certifications helps faculty members advance towards becoming scholarly teachers.
The Reflective Educational Design |RED| Certifications were designed to provide support and recognition for faculty members at NC State who are dedicated to reflective teaching and learning. The certifications helps faculty members advance towards becoming scholarly teachers.
I developed the RED Core Teaching Certification for NC State University faculty in a 4-phase plan during which I designed and developed the multimedia content (i.e. branding materials, online modules by essential competency, screencasts) as well as the formative and summative evaluation instruments.
I developed the RED Inclusive Teaching Certification for NC State University faculty and graduate students in collaboration with 15 faculty and staff across 10 units/colleges of the University. I facilitated their instructional design, helped manage design tasks, and support their creation of accessible, multimedia content for asynchronous delivery in our Learning Management System. I created the formative and summative evaluation instruments as well.
