About me

My Name is Papa Gueye. I am a graduate student in forestry with a minor in GIS at North Carolina State University. My graduate project consists of analyzing hydrology data from flumes and weirs, also perform tree inventory from catchments at Hill Forest. The focus of the research is to link or connect GIS/remote sensing technology like LIDAR with components of watershed hydrology. This work could validate remote sensing’s ability to map ET, moisture, temperature and flow in small headwater watersheds.
