Acted as a graduate student consultant that worked closely with industry mentors to execute a semester-long practicum project. Provided a thorough literature review and research of novel influenza vaccine designs and technologies. Worked collaboratively on a team of fellow classmates to execute deliverables in a timely manner and to analyze the current vaccine market. Communicated results via executive summary and presentation. Met with team weekly to discuss results of research and collaborate on project scope and goals, mid-project summary, and final executive summary documents.
Collaborated with Orsini Rare Disease Specialty Pharmacy on a digital marketing strategy focusing on patient outreach. I had the opportunity to work closely with Morgan Olson, Senior Vice President of the Commercial division and our project mentor. As the team liaison, I was tasked with communicating with Morgan on behalf of the team and leading both weekly team meetings and all meetings with Morgan. In developing a digital marketing plan, I performed thorough research on competitor's social media strategy, relevant AI tools to increase patient engagement, and methods to increase organic searches via search engine optimization. Findings were presented at biweekly meetings with Morgan and through mid project and final presentations to Morgan and relevant Orsini stakeholders.
