Pre-Event Reminders
Be sure to purchase your parking permit! EMG College parking is in the Oval West Deck, 912 Partners Way, Raleigh, NC 27606 on NC State’s Centennial Campus. Permits cost $10 per day (this is a discounted rate for conference attendees). A parking permit will be required Thursday, Oct. 27 and Friday, Oct 28. For detailed instructions on how to purchase your parking permit for Oval West Deck, please visit: go.ncsu.edu/emg-college-parking.
Handicap-accessible parking is available directly across from Hunt Library, as well as in the Oval West parking deck. To use a handicap accessible parking space, you must also purchase a permit. See this map for the location of handicap parking. Instructions for purchasing handicap accessible spaces are included in the permit purchasing instructions. You must also display your personal handicap tag.

Check-in hours: 8:30 am - 12:30 pm and during the 2:00 - 2:30 pm break
Stop by the registration table to pick up your name badge, personalized itinerary that lists your Friday sessions, and conference materials. You'll find us just outside Duke Energy Hall, on the 2nd floor of Hunt Library! Images are posted on the Parking and Directions page.
