EMG College 2024 registration is now closed.
Extension Master Gardener (EMG) College is a continuing education conference hosted by the NC State Extension Master GardenerSM program in even years. It is open to certified Extension Master Gardener volunteers, interns, students, and Extension employees.
The next EMG College will be held in 2026.
REGISTRATION FEE
The registration fee is $215, payable online by credit card.
Covers all main conference activities and sessions on September 25 & 26.
Optional pre-conference tours on September 24 have an additional fee of $50.
Meals included: Lunch each day and refreshment breaks.
Breakfast and dinner are not included and will be on your own.
PARKING
Parking permits are required each day of the main conference and may be purchased separately online for $10/day. Learn more.
LODGING
You will make your own lodging arrangements. There are a variety of hotels near Centennial Campus where you may choose to stay. Learn more.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
We look forward to seeing you at EMG College in September, but we understand things happen. If you register but cannot attend, here is our refund policy:
Individuals who cancel their registration on or before August 30, 2024 will be refunded in full, minus a $30 processing fee.
Due to financial commitments, there will be no refunds for registrations canceled after August 30, 2024.
If EMG College 2024 must be canceled due to extreme weather or other uncontrollable circumstances, everyone will receive a full refund.
Refunds will be processed and issued through Eventbrite.
ACCOMMODATION REQUESTS
In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, NC State University will honor requests for reasonable accommodations made by individuals with disabilities.
Requests can be served more effectively if notice is provided at least 35 days before the event.

CONTINUING EDUCATION
EMG College pre-conference tours on September 24 provide 4 hours of continuing education. Attending both days of the main conference on September 25 & 26 provides 11 hours of continuing education.
