Everyone Must Purchase A Permit To Park At EMG College

• Permits must be purchased online in advance or using your phone upon arrival. 

• You cannot pay for parking in person. Parking lots and decks do not have attendants or kiosks.

• You will need a permit for both main conference days, Wed. Sept. 25 and Thurs. Sept. 26. Permits are $10 per day. This is a discounted rate for EMG College attendees. Total cost for EMG College parking will be $20.

• Permits are non-refundable.

• Permits enable you to park in any spot in Oval West Deck (except those marked for handicapped accessible parking).

• Do not back in to the parking space. Parking enforcement uses a scanner to read your license plate and you must park head in. 

•  You DO NOT need to display a physical permit on your windshield. Parking enforcement is done electronically. If you have parked in a location for which you have NOT purchased an online permit, you will receive a parking ticket. 

• You will be able to select handicapped accessible parking when purchasing your permit. The handicapped accessible permit enables you to park in ANY handicapped accessible parking spot on Centennial Campus. In addition to purchasing a handicapped accessible permit, you must display your personal handicap hang tag. 

Directions

EMG College will be held in the James B. Hunt Library, Duke Energy Hall, 1070 Partners Way, Raleigh. Enter Hunt Library from Partners Way then proceed up the yellow staircase to the second floor (elevators and restrooms are available behind the yellow staircase). Duke Energy Hall will be on your left. The registration table will be set up at the entrance to Hall A.
