Plotting the average counts for each sequence or mean of normalized counts between the Meristem and Leaf samples and the dispersion or measure of variability compared to the mean shows that the dispersion is high at low mean of normalized counts.
Thus as the mean of normalized counts gets higher the variation decreases seen by the red J shaped line trending below 1 (1e+00) and the data points in blue and black fit that trend line.
The J trend indicates that sequence counts with low mean have high variability between the samples.
