We are planning a session of short talks and we are accepting applications with strong preference given to PhD students and Postdocs/Temporary faculty or equivalent. To apply to give a short talk, please fill out a registration form and follow the instructions.
There is no registration fee. We have limited funding but early-career researchers, members of underrepresented groups, and those without access to external funding are strongly encouraged to apply. For full consideration of funding, please register by August 31.
Local information
Free parking on Saturday and Sunday; pay to park in a visitor parking lot on Monday and Tuesday.
-Local transportation information
There will be a shuttle from Towne Place Suites by Marriott (next to the Holiday Inn) to SAS Hall, with pick up times at 8:30 AM and 9:00 AM. There is also a bus (Route 11) that goes from these hotels to campus.
