School Social Worker and Homeless Liaison
As the School Social Worker it is my goal to bridge the gap between home, school and the community. The primary role of the Social Worker is to aide and assist with school and community resources. Some resources may include but are not limited to:
Basic Economic Needs
Dental and Vision Referrals
CHIP and MA Referrals
Agency Referrals
Assistance for those who are or may soon be homeless
Food and Clothing
Crisis Intervention
Home Visits as Needed
