Provide required information and documentation

• College applications, FAFSA, and RDS will ask for sensitive information such as tax returns, bank statements, and social security numbers. These are only used to HELP your student!  If you have concerns about providing this information please contact me!

Create your FSA ID

• At least one parent will need to create an FSA ID to sign your student's FAFSA 

• Create one here: https://studentaid.gov/fsa-id/create-account/launch

Be involved!

• Ask your student what colleges they are interested in or what they plan to major in. Have important conversations with your student about budget and other constraints your family may have. Encourage your student to stay motivated throughout this process!
