An internal document overviewing all data used in the school accountability model.  All data is cumulative and broken into all subgroups.

There are several reports available with End of Grade (EOG) and End of Course (EOC) assessment; including, but not limited to:

• Class Roster Report

• Achievement Level and Scale Score Frequency Report

• Domain Summary Reports (EOCs Only)

A one-page analysis of student performance on the EOG or EOC.  Individualized for each student and designed for parent understanding, these reports show a student's score and achievement levels on each EOC/EOG and how that compares to their peers across the state.  

These reports can be found on the Student and Parent Infinite Campus Portal.  Copies can also be found in school data notebooks.

This is the survey given every 2 years by the state to all certified teachers to assess perception of teaching and learning in schools, districts, and the state.
