Moore County Schools has developed several Data Analysis Tool to aid administrators and teachers in making data driven decisions.
School Profile Protocol
The goal of the School Profile Data Dive is to consolidate multiple data points to help tell the full picture of the school. In reviewing this data all together, individuals are able to make clearer connections between data points.
This process is best done with a school principal and their designee.

For support, data pulls, and organizing the necessary data please contact the PAR Department.
Instruction, Curriculum, Environment Protocol
The goal of the I.C.E. Protocol is to review a data set through the eyes of Instruction, Curriculum, and Enviornment.
It consists of 4 parts: I see..., I wonder..., Summary, and Action.

For support with data pulls or protocol, please contact the PAR Department.
Learner Protocol
The goal of the Learner Proctocol or L. Protocol, is to examine data at the student level based on a question and a goal. Based on the decided question, multiple data points are reviewed to narrow down the students who need to be looked at more closely.
Once identified, the team then drills down to the individualized need(s) of the student.
Most data used for L. Protocol comes from Performance Matters, but can be done with any data points.
