Enrichment camps are available for students entering 6-9th grade in the 2021.22 school year. Camps are available at Rowe Middle School.
Middle School camps are available weekly Monday - Thursday 10 am - 2:30 pm.

Chess for Success Day Camps create ways for children to grow and learn through outdoor play, chess instruction, pro-social peer interaction, and exploration. Chess for Success camps offer ways for children to nurture their relationships with themselves, peers, and trusted adults. Daily activities vary and will include chess instruction and match play, small group games, open-ended art and nature crafts, community and team-building games and activities.
Did you know that just about every kind of art has some science in it? We'll teach you all about this through projects that you get to take home with you. You will get an opportunity to do paint pouring, make a geode, create a salt sculpture, and more! If you love science and art, then this is the perfect camp for you!
Make your own comic book! We'll brainstorm our own superheroes, create their counterpart villains, make a storyline, and put it all together into our very own comic book! Plus, we will create lots of crafts inspired by our favorite comic book characters. If you love telling a great story and drawing, then you will not want to miss this camp!
Learn about art from around the world! We'll create art using techniques known from other countries and learn a little bit about the history behind the art. We'll make our own nesting doll set, create a mandala, do some origami, make our own pinch pot, paint an Aztec design on ceramic tiles, and more! Travel the globe with us through art!
We will spend the whole week creating our own tropical paradise. We'll paint a beautiful sunset on canvas, paint pineapple ceramics, paint our own canvas beach bags, create a tropical leaf fan, learn how to draw sea animals and so much more!
We will spend the week making art that is inspired by the outdoors. We will make our own paracord compass bracelets, paint a camp scene, paint ceramics, make a sundial, do a watercolor painting, and paint a birdhouse! Don't miss out on this fun art camp!

Sports camps will take place outdoors, and include flag football, basketball, soccer, lacrosse, baseball, whiffle ball, kickball, and MUCH MORE! i9 Sports provides a youth sports experience unlike any other, teaching the importance of good sportsmanship on the field and in life.
We will explore food through community, science, and artistic lenses. We will deepen our relationship with food by investigating the biology, chemistry, physics, and ecology of growing food through hands-on science lessons and exploring the school grounds. We will combine our science learning with art by exploring different art mediums (printmaking, acrylic, and watercolor painting, collaging, zines, and lettering) to demonstrate what we’ve learned and how we feel.
Do you love chocolate? Come and explore this class in which every element you bake will contain chocolate. Learn how to make chocolate cupcakes from scratch and decorate them with buttercream frosting. Bake chocolate chunk cookies that have as much chocolate as cookies and learn what ingredients go into a dark chocolate pudding.
Students will learn how to dance traditional Mexican folk dances and will learn about each regional history of each dance they learn.
Learn the history of paper making and paper art throughout the world, different artistic techniques with paper, and create different kinds of art with and made from paper. Learn how to use paper trash/recycling to make beautiful artistic creations. Play creative games and have hands-on fun!
Students will be introduced to the physics of rockets and the chemistry of rocket fuel. They will design and build a number of rocket types, including a water rocket and a baking soda-vinegar rocket, as well as creating their own chemical fuel motors using 'stump remover' and sugar.
