The Community Services Department of the North Clackamas School District (NCSD) offers safe and fun out-of-school time programs for NCSD youth. CARE stands for Community Afterschool Relationship Enrichment Programs.

The CARE Program provides youth with a safe, warm, and welcoming environment where youth receive supports for socio-emotional development, and enrichment opportunities to grow their interest in subjects such as the arts, STEM, physical activities, literature, and many more.

The CARE Program is available to all current NCSD Elementary students.

Summer 2022 Cancelation Policy: Families need to submit a request to remove each week of service via email at least 1 week prior to services so we can offer a spot to a family on the waitlist. If your child does not attend the program without notice of cancellation your child will be removed from the summer program for all future weeks and your spot will be given to another family on the waitlist.

Eligibility: The Summer CARE program is open to all current North Clackamas School District students that are registered to attend grades 1-6 in the fall of 2021. Incoming kindergarten youth are not eligible to attend summer programs.
