Energy Management and DDC System Upgrade:
Replace aging Honeywell and JCI DDC energy management equipment to update HVAC control and energy efficiency.
Building Envelope Enhancements:
Roof replacement (1996 Addition): Install a new membrane roof with R-30 insulation, eliminate leaking, and improved thermal efficiency and moisture management.
Replace 1996 windows for efficiency and overall envelope performance.
Replace aging exterior doors for improved security.
Address caulking, tuckpointing, brick repair, and spot cleaning to exterior as needed.
Interior Upgrades:
Replace old worn vinyl tiles.
Replace wood stage floor.
Paint hallway walls.
Allowance to replace old and worn out casework in select areas, including science rooms.
Install new doors allowing teachers to lock from the inside.
Renovate and reconfigure various restrooms, making them accessible for all students.
Mechanical and HVAC System Improvements:
Replace the hot water heater for improved reliability and efficiency.
Repair heat pumps in the gymnasium for improved control.
Install fans in gymnasiums to improve air distribution and reduce heat loss.
Replace geothermal circulation pumps to serve the geothermal loop.
Replace air units with new dedicated outdoor air systems (DOAS) for classroom and gymnasium/kitchen heat pumps.
Security and Systems Upgrade:
Expand the access control system to more exterior doors.
Upgrade the aging intercom/paging system.
Replace the aging bell/clock system.
Gymnasium Bleacher Replacement:
Replace existing gymnasium bleachers with new ADA compliant gymnasium bleachers.
Cafeteria Table Replacement:
Replace the remaining 8 fold-out cafeteria tables with new tables that match the 2 that have already been replaced by the district.
CTE Renovation:
Update finishes and lighting in CTE Classrooms/Shops.
