Hello! My name is Carly Szczepaniak and I am a Family and Consumer Sciences educator at Shaker High School (Latham, NY). I currently teach Housing and Interior Design, Food and Nutrition, Textiles and Design, and Adolescent Development. I received my bachelor's degree in Family and Consumer Sciences Secondary Education at SUNY Oneonta, where I am also pursuing my master's degree in Educational Technology.

I am very passionate about my career. I love how much of a positive impact teachers can have on students in the classroom. The assignments in this e-portfolio serve as examples that support each of the ISTE standards.
