NCAS staff have a broad range of skills, knowledge and experience. For NCAS Education and Training to support our staff NCAS TAG wish to consult with all our staff to profile their skills and potential areas for development.
We will carry out exercises using John Lees skills cards which will help staff identify career motivations and skills gaps and enable us to target our training and support programme.
