Happy November!  Hope you enjoyed the extra sleep this morning.  Thank you for taking the time to read this letter.  

The students performed Macbeth with shadow puppets on Friday and it was fabulous!  They are so creative and dramatic.  Macbeth will be performed on Nov. 15th at 2 and 7 p.m. at Liberty Common HS.  Macbeth.  My daughter and I will attend the 7 pm show.  Also that weekend is the Ascent production of The Secret Garden.  Tickets.  Please join my daughter and me for the Friday performance (Nov. 14th).  The play's the thing!

This week we begin The Wind in the Willows; a beautiful story of friendship and adventure.  Students will begin memory work on 'She Dwelt Among the Untrodden Ways' as well as complete their next IEW essay on 'The Straits of Magellan' (due Friday).  Please plan to review their rough drafts this Wednesday, and their final drafts on Thursday.  Beginning this week, late assignments will be docked 1 letter grade.

Friday is Spirit Day - break out the hoodies!
