ABOUT ME

My name is Mrs. Ammanda Lungren and I am thrilled to be your child's third grade teacher this year. I graduated from Southern Utah University with a major in Elementary Education and an endorsement in English as a Second Language. I am excited to say that this is my third year teaching at Ascent Classical Academy of Northern Colorado.  I look forward to working with your students in a rigorous and virtuous environment where we will learn the true, do the good, and love the beautiful! 

WHAT I'M LOOKING FORWARD TO

Third Grade is my favorite grade! We have a lot of wonderful units of study coming up this year, including our literature & science units, as well as multiplication and word problems in math!

MEET YOUR 3RD GRADE TEAM'S  APPRENTICE  TEACHER:  MS. SIMONE LEDET

Ms. Ledet is excited to begin teaching 3rd grade at Ascent Classical Academy. She comes to our school having nearly two decades of experience teaching high school mathematics. She recently relocated from Louisiana to be closer to her daughters and granddaughters. With her grandson currently in 3rd grade, she already feels right at home with this age group. She will be teaching your students math as well as helping out with many other parts of the students' day.
