North Borneo University College (NBUC) is one of higher education provider that has been invited by Malaysian Qualification Agency (MQA) to establish and operate as APEL.C Assessment Center. For programmes at the undergraduate and master’s level, applicants who want to enroll in their chosen programme at North Borneo University College but do not meet the minimal academic standards listed in the standard entry requirements may apply for admittance utilising the APEL evaluation process.
