Get a clear plastic cup, 3-4 dried beans, water and a paper towel.
Ball the paper towel up and place it in the bottom of the cup.
Place the seeds on top of the paper towels
Fill the cup with water until the paper towel is soaked.
Sit the cup on the window sill in sunlight and watch them grow.
Keep the paper towel moist.
You should see sprouts in 2-3 days
After the roots appear, the stem and leaves will appear.
Now you're ready to place the plant in a pot with dirt.
Take a walk through your neighborhood, or look out your window, and find as many flowers, trees and animals as you can.
(Make sure you keep a count)
Celebrate Earth Day this year by making an all-natural art collage with things you’ve found in nature, like leaves, pressed flowers, pieces of bark and other small items. Collect items while you’re out for a hike, exploring your neighborhood or backyard.
Paste items on paper plate and let dry.
