During the summer of 2021, a number of teachers participated in the following 3-credit graduate course offered by NYIT: Virtual Learning Applications.
This course provides candidates with a foundation in the conceptual rationale for virtual education delivery systems. Candidates will explore web-based technologies for instructional delivery of online course content for K-12 virtual educational courses and programs. Candidates will adapt technology tools to accommodate differentiated learning needs and to facilitate interaction and discourse. During the workshop, the teachers created an agenda, lesson materials and activities for their particular Cohort in the Smart Start Grant. Below are links to materials that the teachers created. These resources are meant to be replicated and shared.
