These are just basic savings "accounts" for your teens--designated donations for your teens held in the youth fund account. Each time a donation or fundraiser money is applied to a student, a new line item for the amount will be 'credited' to the student's account. Each time a payment is due for an event, a 'debit' may be taken from the student account if the parent/student wishes to use those funds rather than pay out of pocket.
Money may come in from fundraisers or from the Family making payments towards a larger goal payment. Money may also come in from donations. Donations may include love offerings collected from the church body or we will occasionally receive donations to the youth group fund in general or donations made to specific teens. (Giving these to the church rather than teens directly offers tax breaks to the donors.) Incoming money is recorded as a 'credit' in the account ledger.
Money may go out as payments for any of the various events or outings the teen may participate in. Outbound money is recorded as a 'debit' in the account ledger.
We know that families share finances, therefore we do not keep unique student accounts for siblings within the same family. For multiple-teen families, these accounts more accurately work as 'Family Accounts'. Credits and Debits might be noted as arriving for a particular student, but the families may pool their funds together in one account for donations and fundraising and likewise pay from the pooled funds if certain siblings attend events that others will not.
When a teen graduates, their account is usable up through the end of the summer. Step-up Sunday each fall marks our official transition date in the church for graduates to move on to Young Adult ministries. Any remaining funds in the student account can remain to be used for younger siblings. If there are no younger siblings in the family, the account balance is absorbed into the general youth fund and will be used to bless other families.
This page holds links to all student/family accounts where you can see the account ledger of credits and debits over time as well as the current balance. Each link is PRIVATEly shared to the email addresses your family requests be used for communication. Nobody else can see your account unless you share it with them separately or request that Pastor JJ add additional email addresses to be allowed to view the document.
If you do not see your family's name below, chances are that we have not received any incoming money for you, so there has been no need to create an account. This could be because your teen is new to the youth group. Regardless, if you have any questions about getting started, please reach out to Pastor JJ!
If you're having trouble sorting through the links below, they are listed in alphabetical order by last name OR you can use key strokes ctrl+f or command+f to search the page by keyword.

Set up a free google account, even if you only use it for this.
View as a 'visitor' & you Will have to ask for a new link to be emailed to you every time you wish to view the doc.
For more information, here is a detailed walk-through of how to view a shared doc as a 'visitor'
You will only be able to open the link from the specific email address that the admin added to the doc's access list. If you get a new email address, just let Pastor JJ know to update this information for you.
Check for updates! The table is linked from a master spreadsheet and when we make changes, a manual sync needs to be initiated. We try to do that for you, but sometimes we make mistakes. In the top right corner above the table, click "Update"; If you don't see "Update" when you hover in that area, it is already in sync with our master record.
