Our church uses ‘Step Up’ Sunday in the fall as the transition point for officially changing over into different age groups. After that point, our graduated seniors fully transition to the young adult group, and any new teens age 12 or going into 7th grade transition into the youth group!

Each spring our church includes a special time in our regular service to honor and pray for our graduates of all ages. The graduating seniors are given a parting gift from the youth group. Graduates are then encouraged to either continue on with the youth group for the rest of the summer or start connecting with the young adult group...or both! Pastor J.J. will gladly add any of our graduating teens to the text group for the young adult ministry.
