MobileServe is the tool Nazareth chose to track Gospel Service hours. The mobile app has been pushed to student iPads. It's a good idea for students to put it on their phone as well.
Students are responsible for submitting their service hours promptly and tracking their entry through the process of submission, verification and approval. Simply submitting hours does not suffice.
Log your service in the MobileServe app on the day of service. MobileServe will then show the hours as "Pending."
Track the hours on MobileServe by clicking on the hamburger buttons on the homescreen and then click on Activity.
Read the Symbols on your service activity.
All symbols grey --> Site supervisor has not acted.
Red envelope --> Site supervisor rejected the entry.
Blue envelope --> Site supervisor verified the entry.
Green checkmarks --> Mr. Zlatic approved the entry.
Red X --> Mr. Zlatic rejected the entry.
The Nazareth Gospel Service Coordinator will review your verified entry and either approves or disapproves the service hours.
Approved: If your entry was approved, MobileServe will count those hours as approved on the Home Screen.
Not approved: If rejected, your hours will not be updated on the Home Screen. Find notes & action steps in MobileServe & in an email from MobileServe.
