Updating Account Screen Share Settings

Meeting hosts always have the ability to allow participants to share (or not share) their screens during a meeting. Click on the security icon in the meeting tool bar to change the share screen setting during any meeting or class session. 

The steps below explain how to change your default account settings to automatically allow participant screen sharing without needing to update the in-meeting settings.

Step 1: Go to https://zoom.us

Step 2:  Click SIGN IN and then enter your Zoom user credentials.

Step 3: Click on the Settings tab

Step 4: Click on the In Meeting (basic) subtab.

Step 5: Locate the Screen Sharing section and under Who can share?,  select All Participants.

Note: This will change your default setting and allow any participant to screen share at anytime during all your meetings.
