Zoom

Created Self-Assigned Breakout Rooms

The Zoom breakout room feature now gives hosts an option that allows participants to select the breakout room that they would like to join. This feature would work well for collaborative activities where students are given a choice to select topics or need to easily move between rooms during the meeting.

Important note: This self-selected breakout room feature requires that the host and participants are using  the latest version of the Zoom application on their device.  To ensure this is not an issue, you should regularly check for an update on your meeting computer or download and reinstall  the current version of the Zoom application.
