Enabling Guest Access
Enabling Guest Access in a Course
Courses can be set to allow access by external users using a Guest access feature. This is necessary when individuals without MyNaz credentials would like to view a course. Guest access users are given read only access in a role similar to students.
Step 1: On the course page header, click on the Participants tab.
Step 2 : From the enrolled users drop-down select Enrollment methods.
Step 3: From the Add method drop-down select Guest Access.
Step 4:
a. If desired, click the pencil icon and enter a password (optional).
b. Click Add method.
Step 6: Once enabled, Guest access will appear on the Enrollment methods screen.
Note: Click the Gear icon to revisit the password screen.

Note: If a password is set, users will need to enter the password and click submit before being given access.
