The first time I needed someone, I was at a loss with my tankless hot water heater- It was the middle of the winter and I had no heat because my hot water heater kept erroring out. I had a bad experience with one chain plumber and decided I needed to try local. Best decision ever because I found these guys. Three times this summer we had Navesink Plumbing at our house between the kitchen and upstairs bathroom. Not only did every single person make us feel comfortable, each plumber made us reexamine things for our two girls. Everyone was so friendly and personable each time they entered our house. Four times prior, we had our hot water heater replaced, pipes replaced, bathtub checked and outdoor faucets replaced. So almost a total of 9 times and I would never recommend anyone else. He not only fixed my issue, he looked at my other toilets for me to make sure all was well. The owner, Michael, also checked in and asked how all was.
