Job Summary: We are CURRENTLY seeking a reliable and organized CSR/dispatcher to join our team in-office at our Atlantic Highlands headquarters. This individual will work in tandem with other customer service representatives to field phone communication, contribute to office-related tasks, provide administrative support, and facilitate communication among owner, technicians, customers, suppliers, and the company. The CSR/dispatcher should thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, self-directed work environment.
Responsibilities:
Maintains customer database and ensures complete, accurate, and updated entry of customer information
Responds to customer inquiries regarding scheduling, lead times, service, invoicing, and general inquiries
Responds to service requests via phone, email, text message
Performs administrative tasks efficiently and accurately
Effectively manages conflict resolution with clients through clear communication; addresses all concerns, questions, or problems expediently and professionally
Maintains a courteous demeanor with all customers, associates, plumbers, suppliers, etc.
Schedules return trips with customers to complete jobs after arrival of parts
Requirements:
Prior PLUMBING dispatch experience strongly preferred
Geographical knowledge of Monmouth County service area/excellent map reading skills
Advanced communication and customer service skills
Proficiency in Google Workspace, job scheduling/CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to pass employment check/drug screen
GED or high school diploma

The ideal candidates will be responsible for assisting the plumber in diagnosing and repairing plumbing issues, installing and maintaining plumbing systems, and providing excellent customer service. The plumbers helpers/apprentices will work as part of a team to ensure customer satisfaction and timely completion of projects. Preference will be given to applicants with prior ROUGH PLUMBING experience!
Responsibilities:
Assist plumbers in all areas of work including but not limited to:
Diagnose and repair plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and broken pipes
Install and maintain plumbing systems, including fixtures, pipes, water heaters, and boilers
Install rough plumbing for new construction and renovation projects
Measure and cut pipes, drill holes, clear clogs
Ensure proper tools and material are ready and available for each job
Work as part of a team to complete projects in a timely manner
Adhere to safety standards and regulations
Requirements:
3-5 years prior plumbing experience
Valid driver's license and CLEAN RECORD; reliable transportation
Possess and be proficient in the use of hand tools
Willingness to learn and take direction
Excellent problem-solving skills
Highly motivated, responsible, and reliable
Ability to work as part of a team
Ability to lift heavy objects and work in tight spaces
