Beth Sherry, Transition Specialist

Welcome! As the Grimes County Special Education Cooperative Transition Specialist, I support students and families in preparing for life after high school. My role is to connect students with resources, adult services, employment and postsecondary opportunities, and individualized transition planning to help them achieve their goals for adulthood.
