Capt Neel. J. Nair
A Master Mariner with 42 years of experience in the shipping industry, including 20 years at sea and 22 years in senior ship management. He has expertise in ship management, marine risk management, training, quality systems, towage and salvage. An MBA from OU Business School, Milton Keynes, UK, a Fellow of the Company of Master Mariners and a former Fellow and Branch Chairman of the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers. A Certified VTS Operator and VTS Supervisor, he has been managing our VTMS operations for the past 6 years.
Capt S. Ramkumar
An engineering graduate and Master Mariner with significant command experience. He is an expert in business management, ship management, ship manning and VTS manning. He has over 25 years of marine experience at sea as a navigating officer and Master and ashore as a ship manager. His expertise lies in the area of ship manning and management, business strategy, public relations and problem solving. He also has 6 years of experience in VTS manning in India and overseas. He oversees business development at SeaTrack VTS.
Capt H. Kumar
A Master Mariner, having sailed on the 2nd largest tanker in the world, he is a highly rated maritime trainer and educationist, he also brings with him a wealth of experience in marine and VTS training, project management skills, knowledge management, marketing and business strategy. A certified marine trainer, he oversees the running of an accredited VTS training academy by the name of SeaSkiils VTS Academy. He oversees the training and development as well as business development at SeaTrack VTS.
B. Jayakumar
A Marine Chief Engineer by background with over 12 years of sea experience, his areas of expertise are ship building, marine engineering, automation, electronics and ship management. Former Technical Director of a major shipbuilding yard and the Vice President of a shipping company preceding that. Equipment integration, automation and project management are his strengths. A certified chartered engineer, he is also an MBA from OU Business School, Milton Keynes, UK.
Capt Subash Bhandarkar
A Master Mariner with over five decades of experience in the industry, he is an expert in port operations management, marine logistics and VTMS management. He has immense experience in management of manned VTS stations including VTS training, safety management and planned maintenance systems. He has been managing VTS systems for many years and is a fully certified and IALA qualified VTS Trainer.
Capt Shine John
A Master Mariner with over 20 years of sea service, a degree in Nautical Science and a Higher National Diploma in Nautical Science from the UK, he is a Dynamic Positioning and offshore operations expert. He has commanded Diving Support, Heavy Lift and Pipe Laying vessels. He oversees all our VTS Operations at over 17 ports in India and abroad and has a proven trackrecord in buisness development and HR management.
Noel J Diaz
A marine navigating officer with significant sailing and VTS experience in India and abroad, he is the admin and technical in-charge of the VTS stations in Gulf of Khambat and in Mauritius. He is also an experienced VTS trainer, facilitator and systems manager.
N.V. Gopinath
An expert in finance and contracts management, he oversees the commercial and financial aspects of our VTS business. His contribution to cost management and service delivery ensures that we deliver the most cost efficient services.
Nilesh Dave
A marine logistics and port agency professional, he has decades of experience in logistics management, port agency and marine surveys. He handles the logistics management of our various VTS operations in Gujarat.
Vidya Venkatesan
An expert in accounts, payroll, HR and MIS management, she is the backbone of the VTS organisation, ensuring financial prudence & cost control. She provides timely MIS data for management decision making.
