Trainings

Through my role as Vice President of Recruitment for Alpha Delta Pi, I had the opportunity to attend an academy training for the sorority’s executive committee members in Dallas, Texas. This experience allowed me to learn how to train and manage others effectively while connecting with sorority members from across the nation. I attended seminars led by motivational speakers and Alpha Delta Pi collegiate province directors, gaining valuable knowledge in budget management, retention through social media platforms, and Excel group management. This training has strengthened my leadership skills and better prepared me to lead a team of 120 members in my sorority chapter.
