Submitting your Priority Enrollment profile triggers an academic advisor to review it and build a partial Fall 2021 schedule for you.
After your partial Fall 2021 schedule is built, your advising hold will be removed and you will receive an email to your NAU email address. The email will direct you to complete online modules.
Depending on when you submitted Priority Enrollment and when you were admitted to the Honors College, the email about your Fall 2021 schedule could arrive as early as April or as late as July.
The online modules are a virtual course in Blackboard Learn that teach you about your degree requirements at NAU. They also teach you how to enroll in Louie in the rest of the classes that you need for Fall 2021.
The modules are completed individually at your own pace, including watching videos, reading information, and interacting with your LOUIE account. There is a quiz at the end of the modules to check for understanding, but it does not affect your GPA. Once completed, the modules will also explain how to schedule an appointment with your advisor.
STEP FOUR: SCHEDULE ADVISING APPOINTMENT
After you complete the online modules, you will schedule your advising appointment.
Advising appointments will run from May 3rd until July 30th. We spread out the appointments throughout the summer so that we have time to sit down individually with all of you and discuss your academic goals at NAU. During your advising appointment, we will finalize your Fall 2021 class schedule and answer any questions that you have.
