Choonz Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the Choonz mobile application (the "App"), which includes its underlying Progressive Web App (PWA) and Trusted Web Activity (TWA) implementation, operated by Natural Ai ("us", "we", or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access or use the App.

2. License to Use the App

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use, strictly in accordance with these Terms.

3. User Responsibilities and Content

A. Local Media Files: The App functions solely as a player for media files stored locally on your device. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right to possess and play all media files accessed through the App. Choonz does not endorse, encourage, or facilitate the illegal distribution or playback of copyrighted material.

B. Ringtone Studio Content: The Integrated Ringtone Studio allows you to create clips and edited versions of your local media files. Any resulting clips or derivative works are considered User Content.

• You retain all rights in your User Content.

• You warrant that any use of User Content complies with the license terms of the underlying media file.

4. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose.

• Attempt to copy, modify, adapt, translate, or reverse engineer any portion of the App.

• Attempt to bypass any security or license features of the App.

5. Disclaimer of Warranty

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the App or the information, content, or materials included therein. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

• We do not warrant that the App will function error-free on all devices or operating systems, nor are we responsible for the loss or corruption of user data or media files stored locally on your device due to software failure or device malfunction.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Natural Ai, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from: (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the App; (iii) any content obtained from the App.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
