Dr. Cerrene Cervantes is a highly accomplished educator and leader with more than 35 years of cross-sector experience spanning education, mental health, the justice system, social services, nonprofit management, organizational leadership, and public relations.
For over three decades, Dr. Cervantes has served as a respected state and national speaker and trainer, recognized for her expertise in education reform, equity, mental health systems, leadership development, and community partnership building. Her career reflects a lifelong commitment to equity, student success, and transformative education.
Dr. Cervantes has held a wide range of educational roles, including classroom teacher, principal, director, program developer, and systems-level leader. She has designed and led initiatives that strengthen educational systems, enhance family engagement, improve student outcomes, and build sustainable partnerships among students, educators, families, and communities. Her work uniquely blends deep classroom experience with administrative and executive leadership, allowing her to adapt across settings while fostering trust and strong professional relationships.
