This spring, May 2-4, 2019, the Leroy Greene Academy Performing Arts Department will be presenting our sophomore production, the classic Broadway musical You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown. Approximately 500 programs will be printed for these performances, and we hope that you will advertise your business or event with an ad in our program.

The program is a professionally printed show program 5.5″ wide by 8.5″ high. Inside pages are black and white. Outside cover is full color. Templates are available below for pre-designed ads, or you may submit your own design.

How to Submit and Pay For Your Ad: 3 Easy Steps

Prepare your ad, using our templates or your own layout according to our ad specs. At the bottom of this page, you will find Word templates for the various ad sizes. Download the template for the ad size you want. Make changes to the template by adding your text and/or photos. SAVE the completed document as a PDF to your computer, renaming it with your student’s name or your business name. (If you skip this step, you’ll end up just sending us the template!) We want your ad to look great, so be sure to check the artwork specs below before you submit!

Click the link below to open and complete the Program Advertisement Google Form. Please complete all information, and if your art work is ready you may upload it in the form. If your artwork is not ready, you may send it by email to kajohnson@natomasunified.org by April 22.
If you wish to complete the form on hardcopy, download the ad form below (PDF). Please include the file name you used to save your ad in step 1. After you fill in all the blanks, SAVE or EXPORT the PDF on your computer. (If you skip this step, you will end up uploading a blank form.) Then email both your ad and your saved form to kajohnson@natomasunified.org. You can also print the form out to mail back to us if you are paying by check.

- Ads are preferred in a PDF or JPEG format at actual size.
- Artwork and included images should be 300 dpi at actual size.
- Please don’t submit something smaller than the actual size of the ad or at lower quality (below 300 dpi), or your ad will not look good when we print it.

Need help with a design for your ad? Ad templates in Word for all ad sizes are available for download. Simply replace the existing text or photo with yours. Remember, the final ad can only look as good as the artwork you submit. If you have problems or questions, contact us!
