Evaluate the quality of the product/outcome against the success criteria

For this step, you will use the criteria your created in the Planning stage to evaluate your final product.

This step is not about demonstrating that you met all the criteria. It is your ability to evaluate in an unbiased manner.

  • Be honest about the extent to which you achieved your criteria

  • Give specific details and evidence to justify your evaluation of your product/outcome

  • Consider the feedback you received from others (surveys, test, etc.)

Cii: Evaluate the product vs. success criteria

These slides will take you through the process of evaluating your product.

Consider these additional reflection questions.
