Directors

Scott Morrill is the Band Director at Natick High School. He is entering his 13th year of teaching band and his 11th year in the Natick Public Schools. Prior to his appointment at Natick High School, Mr. Morrill served as the band director at Wilson Middle School for the last nine years and prior to that was at Raynham Middle School for two years. He was born and raised in Natick and is a proud Natick High School graduate. Mr. Morrill studied music education and trumpet at the University of Massachusetts Lowell where he graduated with great distinction with his Bachelor of Music in Music Studies in 2009 and his Master of Music in Music Education in 2011. In 2019, he finished his Master of Music in Music Education (Band Emphasis) at the American Band College at Central Washington University.

Craig Chisholm is the Director of Bands at Natick High School and the Assistant Director of Fine and Performing Arts for the Natick Public Schools. Mr. Chisholm majored in Double Bass at Ithaca College and received his Bachelor's Degree in Music with an Outside Field of American History. He holds a Master’s Degree in Music Education from UMass Amherst, and a Master’s Degree in Organizational Management from Endicott College. Mr. Chisholm has been a public school teacher in band and orchestra since 2000, and has over three years of experience in front office administration at the middle school level. His bands and orchestras have received the Gold Medal rating at MICCA, and under his direction, his jazz bands received the Gold Medal at the district level 10 out of 11 years. He performs as an electric or acoustic bassist for musicals, symphonies, and jazz, rock, pop, funk, and blues/roots bands. He lives with his wife Jennifer and sons Jack, Harrison, and Samuel.
