Meet Our 2023-2024 Board Members!
Max Curtis - Chief of Staff
Hi! I'm Max Curtis and I'm the Chief of Staff of the band board. I do bigger organizational things, fill in where I need to, and communicate between Mr. Morrill and the board. I'm a senior and I've played trumpet since 5th grade, but saxophone in 4th. I also took cello and piano lessons for a few years :). NOW I play the trumpet (and bassoon when the people need me to). A fun fact about me is that I play volleyball.

Atlas Tearle - Deputy Chief of Staff
Hi! I’m Atlas and the current Deputy Chief of Staff. I play the french horn. This is my 9th year being a part of the band program and I’m super excited to be part of the band leadership! Outside of school, I love hanging out with my chickens and cats.

Inkyoung Lee - Director of Communications
Hi! My name is Inkyoung and I’m the Director of Communications this year. I’m a senior and I play the flute. Outside of band, I love listening to music and writing (on my own and for the Natick Nest)!

Ellie Stevens - Deputy Director of Communications
Hi, I’m Ellie! I’m the Deputy Director of Communications and run the social media accounts. I play the bassoon in Wind Ensemble, but I can sometimes be spotted in my tenor sax disguise during pep band. Aside from avidly practicing my instruments every day, I enjoy making fantastic chocolate chip cookies. I would like to speak three languages when I’m an adult!

Michael Atkin - Wind Ensemble Equipment Manager
I’m Michael (he/him) and I’m the equipment manager for Wind Ensemble this year. In my free time away from trumpet I enjoy taking walks in nature with my dog. My favorite park in our area is Whitehall State Park in Hopkinton!

Melanie Lempitski - Assistant Wind Ensemble Equipment Manager
Hi, I’m Melanie and I am the assistant equipment manager in Wind Ensemble. I play oboe, spend most of my time playing Monopoly Go!, and am a part of NHS’s outdoor and indoor track teams.

Caitlyn Burke - Concert Band Quartermaster
Hey guys, my name is Cait Burke. I have a traitorous twin brother who decided to go to Keefe Tech instead of Natick High School (I promise I’m not making him up). I also have two sisters and four pets, Bodie (dog), Nellie aka the rat (dog), Miles aka kitty kitty (cat), and beanie (cat). I am not embarrassed to admit that Barbie movies are the best. In my free time I like to learn flags and watch movies. Sadly I cannot be lazy all day so I also work at two daycares. I love playing and listening to music which makes sense seeing as I’m in band.

Nate Moldover - Assistant Concert Band Quartermaster
Nate is a sophomore at Natick High. He has been playing the oboe since 4th grade. Nate loves to go to band events, especially pep band. Other than band, Nate works at the Natick Community Organic Farm, and is on the Speech and Debate team. He is excited to be on the band board this year.

Liliana Salvi - Wind Ensemble Librarian
Hi! I’m Liliana Salvi. I am a senior and the librarian for Wind Ensemble. I play the clarinet and have been for the past 8 years. Outside of band, I dance, specifically ballet, as well as play softball for the high school and for a club team. I am super excited for this upcoming school year!

Hey, my name is Izzy (she/her)! I'm the assistant librarian in Winds Ensemble. I play the flute and I dive on the Natick High Swim and Dive team. Doris Yu - Concert Band Librarian
Hi everyone! My name is Doris and I am Concert Band's librarian. This means I deal with all things music (think sheet music) in band. Please dont hesitate to come find me if you need my help :)) (or my fantastic librarian assistant Layla Owens). I am a sophomore and have played the trumpet since fifth grade, and (fun fact) I am fluent in Chinese!
Layla Owens - Assistant Concert Band Librarian
Hello! My name is Layla. I am the assistant librarian in concert band which means I help sort music, hand out music, and print out music. I play clarinet and I have been playing for about 7 years. I am half Japanese and I speak the language. I have an obsession with K-pop, Japanese TV shows, and King & Prince. I have a cute but intellectually challenged dog named Luke. I also have a great friend named Doris who is the librarian for Concert Band. Ask us if you need your music! :)
