Classroom Lessons

As a school counselor, I address the academic, personal, social and career development needs of all students. this is achieved by collaborating with classroom teachers to deliver guidance lessons within the classrooms.

The Second Step social/emotional and bullying prevention programs are used within the classrooms to teach students healthy ways to manage and cope with issues they may be experiencing as well as to reinforce concepts such as empathy, problem solving, anger management and good skills for learning.
