How to help your student

Middle school is a big transition!  Here are some ways to help your student with that transition.

-Encourage your student to use their planner.

-Be aware that homework for all Team Odyssey classes are posted on the Team Odyssey Google Classroom page every day.

-Grades posted in ASPEN are constantly being updated and are fluid. Encourage your student to talk to the teacher during academic support if there is a problem with their grade.

-Check in with your student about what they are reading and learning.

-If students are absent, encourage them to check their Google Classroom pages to find what they missed.

-Encourage them to keep themselves organized and complete homework.
