Experience and Requirements
To participate in the PM Success Lab pilot program, one must be:
NASA Civil Servant (GS 13 -15 ) with at least one year of experience at NASA
Mid-career program/project managers and members of the program/project community (e.g., deputy PMs, PP&C, risk managers, and others engaged in PM activities) interested in developing their skills related to the project management discipline.
No specific NASA PM Competency level is required in order to participate; however, this program focuses primarily on building skills typically demonstrated at the Team Lead role and advancing these skills to ready participants for a Project Manager role.
Prior participation in a Center or Mission Directorate project management development program may be advantageous.
Center leadership will determine the participants from each center
Travel will be paid for by APPEL Knowledge Services
A commitment to attend and actively participate in all program activities.

Will pay participant’s salary
Work with them to ensure full commitment to program including attending in-person weeks and providing feedback on the program
To be eligible for PM Success Lab, participants must be able to attend and actively participate in all program activities. Participants who cannot commit to attending all activities are not eligible for participation. To remain in good standing, a participant will:
Attend all six in-person sessions
Attend all virtual sessions
Meet all the requirements set forth by the program, including assigned coursework, surveys, assessments, and pre-session assignments.
Meet with an assigned coach monthly.
