Who will pay for participant’s salary?
Center/organization will continue to pay participant’s salary
Who do I contact if I have reasonable accommodation requests?

What is the estimated time commitment for this program?
1 week per month for six months, plus some time for prep and reflection before and after each workshop. We estimate that virtual component of the program to be two to four hours a month.
Will there be a Continued Service Agreement (CSA) requirement?
No CSA requirement
Are term employees allowed to be nominated for PM Success Lab?
No. Participants in the PM Success Lab must be permanent employees.
What happens if I have already completed a course that is being targeted for a workshop?
A complete list of courses being considered for this program can be found here. We encourage potential participants to review this list ahead of time. If a participant has taken a particular course, then it will be a refresher. Since we consider the courses targeted for this program an integral component, you will still be expected to attend the week and actively participate in the course and other activities.
What happens if I miss a workshop due to something beyond my control?
A requirement for this program is to attend all workshops in person. If an unforeseen event arises, contact the PM Success Lab lead and we will work with the individual on a case-by-case basis.
