WR 01 Contributions - Update the GLS section on Finances to allow contributions to be directed to designated purposes.
WR 03 Communications - Elect an ad hoc committee chair with authority to recruit a committee, try projects to increase two-way communication within Nar-Anon, and then report to the next World Service Conference with suggestions for options and projects that can help improve two-way communication within Nar-Anon.
Two supporting documents are available to elaborate on a concept of how this could be done:
Page 6-5 Section RSC - Remove the section titled "Tie Breakers" and the corresponding paragraph.
Page 6-9, Assemblies, remove the following sentences:
A tie vote will be taken back to the areas for their consideration if time permits. If time does not permit, refer to tie breakers under RSC policies above.
Other motions that are not part of the WSC 2025 proposal
WR 02 Fundraising - Elect an ad hoc committee chair with authority to recruit a committee, try fundraising projects, and then report to the next World Service Conference with suggestions for ways to do fundraising to help Nar-Anon grow while honoring the Nar-Anon Principles.
Motion WR 02 has been withdrawn. It is replaced by the IWSC 2024 Motion to form a Seventh Tradition Vision Committee - listed below.
IWSC 2024 Motion to form a Seventh Tradition Vision Committee:
MOTION by BC Region Delegate to create the Seventh Tradition Vision Committee, accountable to report back to the WSC 2025
Actions could include:
Writing a motion for the CAR 2025
Surveying the fellowship
Researching
Writing/presenting a report
Recommendations
Further discussion

WR 04 Best Practices - Move that the Best Practices Ad Hoc Committee needs to continue in order to create motions for WSC 2025.
Motion WR 04 has been withdrawn. The World Service Board has already authorized the Best Practices ad hoc Committee to continue work until the World Service Conference in 2025.
WR 05 Transition - Move that the Transition Committee continues their work in order to be able to create a report of lessons learned during the 2024 IWSC and to be able to make recommendations for WSC 2025 and motions for future conferences.
Motion WR 05 has been withdrawn. The World Service Board has already authorized the Transition ad hoc Committee to continue work until the World Service Conference in 2025.
IWSC 2024 Motion to form a Service Structure Development ad hoc Committee
MOTION by Rocky Mountain Region Delegate to create a Service Structure Development committee to collaborate on a motion (for WSC 2025) to develop a plan for additional layers in our service structure and present recommendations regarding changes to service conferences appropriate to the possible revised service structure. Committee would be accountable to report back to the WSC 2025.
