Our Purpose

The Indiana Alliance of Concurrent Enrollment Partnerships (INCEP) was established in 2016. INCEP is a statewide community of educators and leaders advocating for high-quality dual credit opportunities for Indiana students. We exist to provide Indiana’s dual credit stakeholders with a unified voice and supportive community to ensure quality programs and strong student outcomes.

Through this community, INCEP has three Charges:

• Community & Connections: Convenes educators, administrators, and policymakers to collaborate, 

discuss and shape dual credit practices

• Resources & Professional Development: Educate stakeholders and provide access to professional development & other dual credit resources

• Policy Shaping & Advocacy: Elevate the voice of stakeholders and provide feedback to state entities on proposed changes affecting dual credit

This work deeply values and promotes the practices and the Standards of the National Alliance of Concurrent Enrollment Partnerships (NACEP).

We are dedicated to building and maintaining high-quality college in high school programs.  Programs differ across the state, but all programs are developed by colleges and universities, in partnership with high schools, and offer students the opportunity to earn college credit.
