Who We Are
Indiana is a state with a strong history of thoughtful support for concurrent enrollment and dual credit. Now, with the widespread implementation of the Indiana College Core (ICC) Certificate, connectivity and communication within the state is all the more important. Because of this, we are thrilled to announce the relaunch of the state chapter, Indiana Alliance of Concurrent Enrollment Partnerships (INCEP). The chapter was originally created in 2016. INCEP will support the work that is done every day to strengthen Indiana’s dual credit programs and ultimately better serve the students.
Our Purpose
Promoting the State of Indiana Dual Credit standards and practices and the standards of the National Alliance of Concurrent Enrollment Partnerships (NACEP) through webinars, conferences, and other events to share best practices and build community
Researching methods to improve the quality of dual credit courses in the State of Indiana
Serving as an advocate regarding the promotion of state dual credit initiatives
Providing professional development to further the quality of dual credit programs
Fostering strong partnerships between post-secondary and secondary institutions and related organizations
Advocating and educating all stakeholders about dual credit
We are dedicated to building and maintaining high-quality college in high school programs. Programs differ across the state, but all programs are developed by colleges and universities, in partnership with high schools, and offer students the opportunity to earn college credit.
