Rachel Meyers serves as the Coordinator of Students and School Partnerships within the Office of Partnerships and Outreach at Purdue University Northwest. She is accomplished in building relationships that serve the needs of P-16 students, community, and educators across the state. She employs innovative approaches to build and cultivate relationships, maintain networks and collaborations, and to create events and programming that are impactful for student success. Rachel has presented at the NACEP National Conference, Dual Credit Summit, as well as at local and state workshops. Rachel has spent almost 30 years working with students, parents, schools, community organizations, local governments, and state governments.
Josh Morrison serves as Director of Academic Retention Programs at the University of Indianapolis, working to enhance student learning, retention, and completion. His background is in academic advising and student success, and previously worked at Ivy Tech Community College as Director of Secondary Initiatives and as Director of Academic Advising. Josh is an advocate for conscious concurrent enrollment, ensuring each individual student's academic and career interests are at the forefront of academic planning. He's presented at the National Early College Conference, as well as local, state, regional, and national NACADA conferences, and is an active member of the Academy of Process Educators.
Dr. Rebecca C. Itow is Assistant Vice Provost for School Partnerships and Precollege Programs in Undergraduate Education at Indiana University, Bloomington. She earned her PhD in Learning Sciences from Indiana University, has served as Principal of IU High School Online, and was a public high school teacher. Driven to facilitate relevant and responsive learning environments that help students navigate their academic journeys in personally valuable and externally valued ways, Dr. Itow researches, designs, and implements pedagogical practices in both in-person and digital learning environments. Her work guides current University & community partnerships that innovate teaching and learning at secondary and university levels. Rebecca is also an artist and crafter! She sings, dances, and does aerial arts, is a prolific knitter, and leaves origami cranes wherever she goes.
The INCEP Executive Board is comprised of the following positions:

Solicit nominations for Executive Board positions and 2/4-year representatives

Maintain records of attendance and meetings
Distribute minutes and schedules of meeting dates/times
Maintain any financial records*
We do not collect regular membership dues but fees may be collected for events, etc.
The INCEP Board of Directors generally meets on the fourth Wednesday of each month at 3:30 pm ET/2:30 pm CT via video conference. INCEP members are welcome to join this meeting; email incep@nacep.org for login information.
Committee Chairs
INCEP relies on a strong group of committee chairs to advance its mission and goals. Committee Chairs join regular Board meetings monthly, and regular updates on committee activities will be provided through INCEP member newsletters and periodic emails.
