Conversations to Energize Patient & Provider Wellbeing introduces the WhisperQuake approach to those who support others with chronic conditions. The training helps participants shift into a stance that fosters clarity, engagement, and connection — starting with themselves and extending to their work and relationships.
Whether used by clinicians, community health workers, care teams, or educators, this course offers practical language tools that unlock insight and change. Learners quickly see how subtle shifts in how they listen and respond can energize their groups, reduce disconnection, and improve relational outcomes.

This course helps people shift their inner stance and communication style. It introduces the foundational principles of WhisperQuake through a warm, encouraging format.
Participants build skill and confidence across 6 experiential sessions delivered live (in person or online).
Designed for: People who support others with chronic conditions — including CHWs, clinicians, pharmacists, health coaches, peer supporters, group leaders, and more.

This program certifies facilitators to deliver the Conversations to Energize course. It includes deep skill-building, facilitation methods, and live supervised practice. Participants must complete the learner training first.
